TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My car was taken from the Decatur location to Alpharetta, and it took almost a month for me to get it back. While the delay itself was frustrating, the bigger issue is the dishonesty and lack of accountability I experienced. My vehicle was supposed to be towed back to Decatur, yet someone decided to drive it back instead. It was returned with a low tire that was not an issue when I originally dropped the car off. For over a month, I have been trying to get this location to address the damage to my tire. I was told to go to Mavis Tire and have them bill the shop, but Mavis does not carry my specific tire. My vehicle uses run-flat tires, which typically have to be specially ordered. As a result, I am now facing a bill of over $600 out of pocket for a problem that occurred while my vehicle was in their possession. The next issue involves the molding around my passenger-side window. My vehicle was in the shop for a front-end collision, yet the window moldingβ€”which had absolutely nothing to do with the accidentβ€”was missing when the car was first re-delivered. I was told the part was on the way, but it was not installed until the following day. This experience ha

Update - Mark at Crash Collisions reached out to me after my initial experience. He was very helpful. The repairs were done meticulously and completed earlier than expected. Excellent service.

After hitting a deer I dropped of my vehicle here as it was a preferred body shop according to my insurance. Upon leaving the vehicle I was told I would get a quote and estimate of completion time in a week. After almost two weeks I call and am told they should have an estimate in three days. I don't hear anything for three days so I call again and am again told three days. This song and dance goes on for almost 5 weeks. Finally during week five I am told the part they ordered doesn't fit so they are ordering a new one and it should be ready in a few days. I don't hear anything for a week so I call again and am told the second part ordered also doesn't fit and they are not sure when it will be ready. I call during week seven and am told that it will be ready in three days. Upon picking up my vehicle there is tape residue on the windshield that is time consuming and a big hassle to get off. The car has an oil leak it didn't have before and when I opened the hood I noticed several screws and bolts intended to hold my fluid reservoirs to the front are missing. I know they should be responsible to fix the issues but I can't take the chance of being without my car for weeks again as the

I was so impressed with the work Service King completed to my vehicle. I got into an accident and my entire front bumper was detached from the car and the driver side fender was severely dented. My car is a 2009 so prior to the accident the car didn't look as shiny paint wise but after the repairs it looks like a brand, new car!!!!! Mike my service advisor was excellent! He texted everyday to keep me updated on repairs and my car was completed on its promise date. When Mike drove the car from around the back i had to do a double take, I legit didn't even know it was my car! Thanks Service King and Mike, I will definitely refer others and hopefully im never in another accident, but if so, I know where to take my car!
